"We create one and only value of the location and real estate by design." MORIMOTO is the general developer which has the strong philosophy. The order was to build up the unique brand which is not to be understood by all people, and not to be found anywhere, and I represented it with sharp tag lines and black blocks. The black blocks are the symbol of liberal design. In the still image, the real construction materials were used as an accent color and a material. In the TV-CM, the truck, "Cantaroop" by US3 which make us feel "a playful touch" of adults was selected. At the same time, the interactive design using the same idea was adopted in the web. In the Tokyo auto show 2007, the installation of black blocks was developed. The same world view of the black blocks was used in the events, the listing ad and so on.
